Ed Werder of ESPN reported earlier today that former Cowboys defensive tackle Jay Ratliff was in Philadelphia being evaluated by Dr. William Myers to see if he can play in 2013. So far there were six teams interested in obtaining Ratliff's services.

Then NFL Network reported that Ratliff was medically cleared for workouts with other NFL teams. For someone who has been hurt for over an year then all of a sudden he is able to play something smells fishy.
The Cowboys signed Ratliff to a five-year, $40 million extension back in September 2011.
What will be the Dallas Cowboys next course of action?
