Cowboys Kick Off Off Season Program At Valley Ranch.

If the above picture doesn’t get your heart pumping Dallas Cowboys fans just remind yourselves it is only a mere 10 days and counting until the 2016 NFL Draft. The Cowboys officially started their off-season program today at Valley Ranch.

Coming off a disappointing 4-12 season the Cowboys look to rebound and show the NFL that their 12-4 record in 2014 was not fluke. Nevertheless the team will have a lot to prove this upcoming season but with the return of quarterback Tony Romo and starting cornerback Orlando Scandrick and hopefully adding more impact players from this year’s draft class we should see the Cowboys make a run at another NFC East title and playoff run.

Off Season Program

Part One of the Cowboys off-season program will consist of strength and conditioning workouts and drills which will last for two weeks.  Then the next phase of their off season program will focus more on field work with the Cowboys coaching staff.

The third part of the Cowboys off season program will be Organized Team Activities and a mini camp. Then mandatory veteran mini camp will kick off in June. After that the Cowboys will head to training camp in Oxnard,CA for three weeks then finish up training camp in Frisco at their new workout facility and headquarters “The Star”.
